  1. Return Period:

    • We offer a 7-day return policy from the day your order is received.
    • All items must be returned in their original condition, unopened.
    • Items that are not returned in a re-sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  2. Faulty Products:

    • If you receive a defective product or one that does not function as advertised, please contact us immediately for assistance.
    • Faulty products can be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.
  3. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are subject to availability.
    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
    • Once we receive your details, a replacement will be arranged.
    • A courier will collect the current product from you and deliver the new one.
  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
    • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
    • Refund times are subject to bank processing delays, which are beyond our control.
  5. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
    • ARJIA is not liable for items lost during return transit.
  6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:

    • Delivery charges will not be refunded if the return or exchange is due to the customer's change of mind or a mistaken order.
    • Delivery charges are typically Rs. 250, even if a product states "free delivery," meaning the delivery cost is incorporated into the price.
    • Shipping costs are only refundable when the fault lies with ARJIA, such as in cases of faulty products or packing mistakes.

    • After you submit the form, our customer support team will review the information and get in touch with you to confirm the submission and discuss the next steps.
